WHO IS BELLAGALA?

Bellagala is a team of wedding vendors that specialize in the fine art of authentic storytelling through a unique combination of passionate, genuine, and organic wedding planning. We believe that people look their best when they are natural. We document weddings as they unfold and balance them with traditional formal moments. While photojournalism is not new, our approach to service and customization within the wedding industry is. The result is more choices, superior service, faster turnaround, and better products. By carefully combining top level artists and technologies, we meet and exceed clients' expectations.

WHY IT MATTERS

Your wedding vendors are one of the most crucial elements to your wedding day and bringing your vision to life. Bellagala artists all have a photojournalistic base, but have developed their own sense of style and a skill set unique to each of them through years of working weddings. Each artist, is subject to a thorough evaluation process before being invited to join the Bellagala team, and we ensure they have a solid record of client service and a strong creative portfolio.

WORKING WITH:

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Your photographer will contact you within 2 business days of booking. They will work with you via phone, email, and in-person meetings to develop your vision and expectations. Together, you will build a timeline to include all moments and details that you are looking to capture. The day of, will fly by, but not to worry! 6-8 weeks after your wedding, you will receive a digital link to your full gallery.

VIDEOGRAPHERS

Depending on level, your videographer will contact you either within 2 business days of booking, or 90 days prior to your wedding date to develop your video vision and expectations. The day of, your videographer will shoot continuously throughout the day, working alongside your photographer to capture every detail of your wedding. 8-10 weeks post-wedding, you will receive a digital link with footage from your ceremony, toasts, and a cinematic highlight reel.

Depending on level, your DJ will contact you either within 2 business days of booking, or 90 days prior to your wedding date to gather a flow for the evening's events, a game plan for your reception, and overall music preferences. Utilizing our online account manager to build music preferences will allow your DJ an insight to the ambiance you are looking for! Day of, your DJ will arrive 90 minutes prior to your guests arrival, and have music playing until the event is over!

FLORISTS

Your florist will contact you within 2 business days of booking and begin bringing your floral visions to life! After an initial consultation, your florist will build a custom proposal and you can work on perfecting the proposal as many times as needed until it is absolutely perfect! Our florists are some of the best in the industry with knowledge on care, price, and seasonal options so you will get the best and most beautiful arrangements.

WEDDING PLANNERS

Depending upon the length of planning package that you have booked, your planner will reach out to introduce themselves and begin the planning process! Whether that be the very beginning, or leading up to the big day, our planners are all organized, efficient, and experts in their field! You can rely on your planner for anything and everything while they are by your side for the big day when you say "I do!"

LIVE MUSIC

Before your wedding, your musician will contact you within two business days of the receipt of a booking notification and work with you to establish your musical vision, expectations, style, desired atmosphere, and song selection. On your wedding day your musician will arrive early to set up, check in with you and verify any last-minute details or requests. They will be present for the scheduled amount of time, performing for you and your guests’ enjoyment. 

PHOTO BOOTH

Our Photo Booth coordinator will reach out to you to confirm location and determine the start and end time depending upon your reception events schedule. An attendant will arrive to set up, assist onsite during your event, and teardown at the end! All you and your guests need to do is strike a pose and have some fun! Post-event, you'll have access to a digital gallery of the images taken to print and share with family and friends!
