The award-winning Edward Anne Estate is paradise found with its charm and natural opulence, featuring exposed beams, stunning chandeliers, and stone fireplaces. Constructed as an annex to the Estate, the Ballroom fuses elements of a tent, pavilion, and conservatory with floor-to-ceiling glass. Fully climate controlled, the ballroom is a blank slate and completely customizable, so you’ll be able to ensure a comfortable, custom and captivating experience for your guests.

Get ready in one of our luxurious bridal suites. The Countryside Bridal Suite is full of natural light and elegant charm under glittering chandeliers. While the Club Room will make you feel as though you have stepped into a speakeasy outfitted with a bar and pool table.

Bavaria Downs

Bavaria Downs is home to three of the top wedding venues in Minnesota - The Edward Anne Estate, Equestria West, and Woodland Glasshaus. All three venues exude luxury and excellence. Although each venue offers clients and guests a truly unique and grand experience, they are completely different in style and design.

The Edward Anne Estate is the original home on the property. While it has been renovated into a Twin Cities venue to accommodate events, it still maintains that old world European charm. It's grand and luxurious - yet warm and inviting.

Equestria West is a stunning contemporary equestrian venue however it's not a barn style wedding venue. The high-end open concept with natural light, invites guests to explore the space with it's rich finishes and soft leather furniture.

Woodland Glasshaus, opening May 2025, seamlessly blends a luxury chic design with the enchanting concept of a glass atriums, creating a truly magical setting. Available exclusively from May to October.
