Day-Of Coordinator
Perfect for couples looking for a planner to handle last minute logistics and wedding day management
- Package 100% refundable for 14 days
- Hand select your planner and have an initial meeting to discuss your vision
- Event Planner will contact you within 1 week of confirmed booking
- Unlimited coordination will begin 30 days from your wedding date
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact

Her career took off as she supported a friend’s photo booth business, traveling to venues across the metro area. From there, Shauna honed her skills working with prestigious hotels and the Science Museum as a venue coordinator. With over 100 weddings under her belt—and counting—she brings a wealth of knowledge to every event she plans.
As a 2024 bride herself, Shauna offers a unique perspective, combining her expertise as a seasoned vendor with the empathy and insight of someone currently navigating the planning process. She is dedicated to being a supportive partner, ensuring her couples feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Known for her timely communication and attention to detail, Shauna goes above and beyond to make sure each event runs smoothly and reflects the couple’s vision.
