Hello! My name is Morgan. I am a camera woman and story weaver. I am passionate about capturing the entire spectrum of your wedding day, from the little candid interactions between loved ones, to the big emotional moments. I have a documentary-style approach to filming, as I am interested in capturing authentic moments as they unfold. I am inspired by the balance of natural light and shadow, the love and joy that permeates such a beautiful occasion, all the beauty of being surrounded by all your loved ones on your wedding day, and the heartfelt spoken words. I seek to capture the balance between cinematic excellence and natural, fleeting moments.
A good film is powerful. It makes the viewer feel as if they are right in the middle of the emotion and the action. It contains the textures of the day, the emotions, the energy, the spoken words, and the love. My goal with each film I create is to bring back all those elements from your wedding day and package it into a beautiful short story that you can relive over and over, whenever you want.
I am a storyteller at heart, and I love using my craft to create, authentic films for lovers. I love getting to know people and their unique stories. I have a soft and natural directing style when it comes to posing. I believe candid, unforced interactions translate better on film. So I will piggyback off of the photographer's direction and incorporate movement into static poses. I'm here to capture your personalities and the love you share. Most of that is understanding you, reading the room, and effectively communicating my creative ideas. At the end of the day, my job is to make you as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your special day.
