Tre was great and did everything we asked of him. He was super friendly and was great with communication. He did two phone calls before the wedding, one a few weeks before the wedding and one a couple days before the wedding to make sure that we had everything figured out and to answer any last minute questions. We got several packages from Bellagala, and overall experience was good! It was nice to be able to coordinate multiple things through one vendor.Cecilia was an amazing DJ at our wedding! She read the room so well and helped make sure there was always energy to keep people coming back to the dance floor! Would recommend in a heart beat. The prepared arrangements that Kelsey made for us were beautiful! They really matched the vibe that we communicated to her. Bellagala had some technical difficulties when we were working with our florist, which made it very difficult to communicate and get timely responses from her. We didn't get one of the flowers we requested in the bouquet, but overall it was beautiful work! The photobooth was a big hit and ran very smoothly!

Our photographer Bonita Quinn was absolutely amazing! We meet her for our engagement shoot and we knew it was a right fit. We loved her personality and how engaging she was during the whole process. The engagement photos were absolutely stunning. On our wedding day, she made sure we got all the photos we wanted. I received a sneak peak of our photos and they are so beautiful, I wanted to cry and can’t wait till the rest come in. I am so glad we had Bonita on our special day, she truly is the best! Also, Roberto is an amazing DJ!! He made sure for my outdoor ceremony we had music and a microphone since there was no electricity. He made it work which I was so happy with! Once we went to reception he played som awesome and fun songs. He had everyone on the dance floor. We had cool lights and fun music. During the whole process of what our event would look like he was very responsive and communicative. He made sure and to ask what music we like and how the whole day would like it. Roberto was a good DJ who liked to keep the party going! Our main suggestion for improvement is the availability of the songs - Bellegala has a new system (Vibo), where we inputted all of our music, directly linked to Spotify. However, on the night of the party, the DJ said he could not play requests or all of our must play music because he did not have it - this was a little confusing to us. We still really appreciated his services and he did a good job emceeing the event as well.

I worked with Todd Huber for a wedding that I coordinated in October. Although he was a very nice man, I was left very disappointed in the service he provided to my couple. During the reception, he was very quiet on the microphone and did not handle transitions well. He was not assertive and did not seem confident in his abilities. There were several painfully awkward moments as he tried to transition from prayers to dinner to speeches to dancing. The groom even came up to me and asked if I could make sure we didn’t have another awkward moment. I checked in with him a few times and made sure he knew what to say and when and how to transition. He told me himself that he didn’t do transitions well. I felt like I had to hand hold him through the whole evening. Half of his job as a DJ is transitions, so that was very puzzling to me. He also didn’t check with me or the venue about lighting like most DJ’s do, so I was left scrambling trying to figure out the light settings for the dance party. He struggled to get people on the dance floor. The music selection was great though, I have to hand it to him for that. At the end of the night, when the dance party was done, I ended up taking the microphone and making the final announcement for people to head outside for the grand exit because Todd was unable to get people’s attention. I kept positive and professional, but his performance really affected the entire reception. The bride and groom were not impressed. I hope he can take this constructive criticism and improve at his next wedding. All the best for you Todd!

We were really impressed with Aaron as our DJ. He kept the dance floor full, even with a group of people who usually aren't big dancers. We had one call with him prior to the wedding, and a few email exchanges to make sure the songs were mixed the way we wanted them for the ceremony. He showed up on time and everything went as planned. During the reception, he played a mix of our selected songs from the Bellagala portal and requests from our guests, which is exactly what we asked for.

"We loved working with Bellagala to book our DJ and choose our song selections. The only downside we experienced during planning was that they changed their music selection platform halfway through our planning so we had to re-do entering our song selections and there seemed to be some confusion with the DJ as to which music app we should be using as we got closer to the date. The microphone provided also kept cutting out during our ceremony so many of our guests couldn’t hear our vows, but other than that the evening went off without a hitch."

We had engagement photos taken prior to the wedding with our photographer and had a chance to get to know them. The DJ was professional and kept the dance party going all night! One thing to note is that Bellagalla color corrects their pictures, but does not “edit” them per se. Overall, we were very happy with them and would recommend them highly!
